The beach house is Brand new and has brand new furnishings! This property has tasteful coastal decor and comfortable furnishings. It is located directly on the beach in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, just right off of Cortez Street. This tranquil and private retreat is perfect for your next vacation.

Featuring five bedrooms and six bathrooms, which include four king-size beds, one queen-size bed, and a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its bathroom and access to a covered balcony off of the bedroom. The bathrooms have tiled showers and quartz countertops. One of the bathrooms does have a bathtub.

Enjoy relaxing by the private pool and amazing deck that overlooks the beach. The pool has seating inside and is perfect for cooling off and enjoying an ice-cold beverage.
You can even have dinner outside to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. A grill is located below the home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook after a long day at the beach, including large platters, an air fryer, a crock pot, and ample pots and pans. If you want to go out to eat, there are several great restaurants within a couple of miles of the property. Two great golf courses and a spa are also close by.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
